Pharmacy Front of Shop Assistant – Full Time

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of Shop Assistant to join our busy pharmacy on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, welcoming and professional service to all customers
- Serving customers at the till and processing payments accurately
- Assisting customers with general queries and product information
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive, well-presented displays
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy and well organised
- Supporting the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
- Following company and pharmacy procedures at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable, organised and hardworking
- A good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- A positive team player with a willingness to learn
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
