We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury hotel spa. The successful candidate will manage and support the spa team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the spa.
- Lead, motivate and develop the spa team.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage payroll costs.
- Maintain excellent guest service and treatment standards.
- Drive treatment and retail sales.
- Manage bookings, stock control and supplier orders.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and company procedures.
- Work closely with hotel management and other departments.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous spa management or supervisory experience.
- Relevant beauty therapy, wellness or spa qualification.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of spa booking systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
