Financial Analyst professional who will report into the Finance manager, and you will work within a dynamic overall finance team.
The Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. This role will focus on analysing financial data, supporting business decision-making, and improving financial performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial data and prepare regular management reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor company performance through KPI analysis and variance reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Support cost analysis and profitability reviews across business units
- Assist with financial planning and internal reporting processes
- Work closely with internal teams to improve financial controls and reporting accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance function
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in financial analysis or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Xero or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

Pay: Up to €37,000.00 per year
