About Us
Lanas is igniting healthcare innovation. For nearly three decades, we have connected GPs, pharmacists, specialists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals with the best technology possible, from trusted everyday systems to new innovative tools that add real value for our customers.
Our technology is used by millions of clinical users in over twenty countries. From core clinical workflows to AI-driven innovation, our products help reduce admin, improve access, drive efficiencies, and support safer, more connected care.
As we continue to grow, we're investing in building a high-performing organisation where great people can do the best work of their careers. Our People & Performance team plays a critical role in making that happen.
Reporting to the Director of People & Performance, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of our People function, ensuring our people practices, processes and employee experience support the continued growth of the business.
This is a 12-month maternity cover, but it's far more than a business-as-usual role. As Lanas continues to grow, you'll play an important role in embedding new ways of working, supporting managers, improving processes and helping deliver key People & Performance initiatives.
You'll lead our People team, act as a trusted partner to managers across the business and ensure the function continues to deliver an excellent service for our colleagues.
As a growing business, we anticipate continued investment in our People function beyond this contract. While we can't guarantee a permanent opportunity, we believe there is strong potential for the right person to continue their journey with Lanas.
