Site Manager | Tullamore | €Fully Negotiable depending on experience
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage our Flagship Townmore Head Office project in Tullamore.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Take full accountability for daily site operations, starting immediately with site set-up, substructures, and progression through to final handovers.
- Subcontractor Control: Coordinate and manage all groundwork, structural, and finishing subcontractors.
- Programme & Scheduling: Drive the project schedule, manage material procurement, and execute short-term look-ahead plans.
- Team Leadership: Work in close alignment with project management, quantity surveyors, and design teams.
- HSEQ Excellence: Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards at all times.
What We Need From You
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor.
- Project Profile: Strong background in large-scale residential (housing/apartments) or commercial builds.
- Technical Mastery: Excellent understanding of modern building methods, structures, sequencing, and premium finishes (ICF experience is a plus).
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong local subcontractor management skills.
- Credentials: Valid Safe Pass, Managing Safely in Construction (or equivalent), and relevant construction qualifications.
