Validate/qualify equipment, systems, and processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and support, follow and implement company manufacturing standards policies and procedures
As a QA Validation Specialist, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
Generating, executing and/or reviewing master and completed qualification and validation protocols, summary reports and associated data for conformance to regulations, SOPs, specifications and other applicable acceptance criteria
Analyzing the results of testing and determining the acceptability of results against predetermined criteria
Investigating and troubleshooting problems which occur and determines solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvements
Reviewing, editing and approving deviation notifications, deviation investigations, and corrective actions
Reviewing, editing and approving change controls, SOPs, reports and other documentation
Coordinating with other departments or outside contractors/vendors to complete validation tasks
Providing mentorship and training less experienced Specialists
Leading projects and preparing status reports
May be required to oversee contingent workers

To be considered for this position you must hold a BS/BA in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences. For Specialist level you must have 3+ years relevant experience within Biopharma or Pharma. May substitute relevant experience for education.
