Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Commissioning Technician to join our Test and Balance team. This role involves ensuring HVAC and building systems operate efficiently and safely through comprehensive testing, balancing, and commissioning procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to safe working practices and embrace our safety-first culture• Read, understand, and implement SPA's Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• Complete all assigned work safely while meeting established quality standards• Work safely with ladders, scaffolding, mobile towers, and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs)
• Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms safely • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods • Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions,Good verbal and written communication abilities • Strong teamwork capabilities while maintaining independence when required
Experience
• HVAC systems experience • Process exhaust systems knowledge • Building automation systems familiarity • Previous commissioning or testing experience
