This is a supported franchise model offering a turnkey setup and structured onboarding process.

- Initial 3-year franchise agreement (renewable by mutual agreement)

Responsibilities
- Daily preparation and sale of fresh food products
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing stock control and ordering
- Recruitment and management of team members
- Financial oversight including payroll and P&L management
- Building effective working relationships with host retail teams
Candidate Profile
- Chef, hospitality or food retail management experience advantageous
- Commercial awareness and basic financial understanding
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Food hygiene knowledge desirable
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
