Senior Food & Beverage Staff are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operation of breakfast, lunch, dinner , special occasions & events.
The role includes supervising team members, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guests receive a high-quality dining and hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilites
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service
- Welcome guests and ensure an excellent customer experience at all times
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, drinks lists, specials, and allergens
- Prepare and set up for the day ahead
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front Office teams to ensure smooth service
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Support management in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
- Supervise and assist junior staff during shifts
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The ideal candidate must be fliexible and available to work Morning & Evening shifts midweek and weekends.
