Senior Crew Member / Team Member
The Senior Crew Member is the hands-on executor responsible for adhering to all operational standards, delivering quality food, and providing exceptional customer service.
Core Accountabilities
- Operational Execution & Service Delivery:
- Perform all assigned duties in designated stations (e.g., Till, hot counter, cold counter, Kitchen) accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all product build specifications, portion control guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistent food quality.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and helpful service to every customer, ensuring accurate order taking and cash/card transactions.
- Immediately escalate customer complaints, equipment malfunctions, or operational roadblocks to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Compliance & Cleanliness:
- Strictly follow all established HACCP, food safety, and personal hygiene procedures, including handwashing frequency and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Execute all cleaning tasks for their assigned station and complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., equipment, floor scrubbing).
- Report all accidents, spills, potential safety hazards, or near-misses immediately to the Manager.
- Inventory & Team Support:
- Assist the Supervisor with receiving deliveries, properly storing stock, and ensuring First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation is maintained in their area.
- Monitor stock levels at the workstation and communicate resupply needs to the expediter or Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in attendance, adhering to the weekly roster and communicating any changes in availability well in advance.
Pay: €14.50-€15.50 per hour
