Retrofit Project Manager

Company Description
CDM Contracts Ltd is a deep energy retrofit contractor. Operating across major energy upgrade frameworks—including SEAI Warmer Homes, Better Energy Homes and Local Authority schemes—we have extensive experience on these frameworks with a comprehensive portfolio of works. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage and coordinate our residential upgrade projects across the Dublin and Wicklow region.
Role Description
- Identifying process improvements and lessons learned and implementing for future projects
- Collating information to in house portal
- Daily reporting to key management with schedules, issues and recommendations for resolutions
- Complete on-site surveys to capture measurements, assess variations, photo records, and quantities . This information and data is then input to our mobile survey software
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with homeowners throughout the retrofit process.
- Good understanding of Building Regulations, SR54, and SEAI domestic standards (training can be provided).
- Undertake regular quality checks (QA) to ensure high standards of work. Audit sites to enforce strict Health & Safety regulations
- Communicate with sub contractors on aspects of technical works , homeowner engagement and ensure efficient handover before final inspection
- Keep project schedules updated daily across all sites to avoid delays and keep works moving efficiently

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant construction or retrofit management role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams and sub-contractors
- Demonstrated experience leading construction sites as a Foreman or Supervisor
- Prior experience working on One Stop shop , Better Energy Communities, or Warmer Homes retrofit programmes is an advantage
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and project layouts.
