Responsibilities:
- Assist in the erection, dismantling, and modification of scaffolding structures as per project requirements.
- Ensure all scaffolding materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with the scaffolding team to complete projects within deadlines and to specified standards.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on scaffolding equipment.
- Load and unload scaffolding materials and tools.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Perform general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
- Full clean driving licence is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
