Sales & Retail Assistant – Cassidy’s Electrical
Cassidy’s Electrical are looking to expand our sales team with a motivated and customer service focused assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product advice and purchases.
- Providing excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone.
- Handling sales transactions and processing payments.
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring the shop floor is well presented.
- Assisting with stock management and deliveries.
- Supporting customers with basic IT and product queries.
- Driving company vehicles when required for deliveries or collections.
Applicants Should Have
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good IT skills.
- A keen willingness to learn new skills.
- Previous experience in retail or sales preferred, but not essential.
- A full clean Irish driver’s licence.
- Applicants must be over 24 years of age for driving and insurance purposes.
