## Part-Time Home and Garden Clearance Operative
**Clearforce.ie** is looking for reliable, hardworking and discreet staff to join our team on a part-time basis.
We specialise in clearing homes, gardens, sheds and other properties. We work closely with families, **Age Action** and **RIP.ie**, so professionalism, compassion and confidentiality are essential.
### The Role
You will assist with:
- House, garden and shed clearances
- Sorting, moving and loading household items
- Working respectfully and discreetly in customers’ homes
- Driving company vans to and from jobs
- Working as part of a professional and supportive team
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
### Requirements
- Full, clean Irish driving licence — essential
- Previous experience in removals, clearance work, gardening, construction or manual work is an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and carrying
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Discreet, respectful and trustworthy
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
