We are currently recruiting an experienced Full or part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has an interest in cooking.
The Position:
- To work as part of the Kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring the standards of cuisine and hygiene are maintained
- To assist senior chefs with food preparation
- To ensure all goods are stored correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications
- To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times
Your duties will include working in different sections of the Kitchen including wash up.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge and familiarity with HACCP
- Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Will have fluency in English
- Will be flexible in their working hours
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant would be an advantage
