Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers warmly and efficiently
- Take accurate food and drink orders and input into POS system
- Communicate confidently with kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area at all times
- Handle customer requests, feedback and issues with a positive attitude
- Process payments and manage bills confidently
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general setup of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively in a small, hands-on team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential for the right person)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed
- A team player who enjoys a family-style, supportive environment
