We are seeking an experienced Cable Pulling Supervisor/PICW to join our growing utilities and civil engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cable pulling operations across MV and LV electrical networks, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cable pulling crews on utility projects.
- Plan and coordinate cable installation activities.
- Conduct site surveys and identify resource and traffic management requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
- Maintain accurate project records and work schedules.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cable pulling, utilities, or electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV electrical networks.
- Experience supervising site crews and managing operations.
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Full Clean Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with cable winches, cable drums, and underground utility works is desirable.
