Site Manager – Wicklow
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction team delivering high-quality residential projects in Wicklow. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in running efficient, safe, and well-organised sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Drive programme delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Maintain strong focus on Health & Safety compliance on site
- Carry out regular site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met across all trades
- Work closely with Contracts Manager and Project Team to resolve site issues
- Maintain a clean, organised, and productive site environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
- Strong Health & Safety awareness and compliance knowledge
- Ability to manage programme and drive productivity on site
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Trade background or construction qualification advantageous

Pay: €75,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
