Role:
Clearwater Compliance (Part of Marlowe Environmental Services) is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager based in the Republic of Ireland to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the Dublin Region. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of services to both new and existing clients. You will effectively manage client relationships and contracts while striving to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop customer relationships to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of water services

Identify and develop sales opportunities across existing accounts and new prospects

Proactively manage customer accounts to maintain compliance, profitability, and service excellence

Prepare and deliver quotations in line with company and industry standards using CRM systems
-
Conduct regular client review meetings, contract audits, and manage renewals effectively

Drive new business activity by managing a strong and accurate sales pipeline

Identify and maximise referral, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within your client base
-
Promote the full portfolio of services to ensure customers remain compliant and informed
-
Lead and support tenders and PQQ submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Provide accurate reporting on pipeline, account activity, and performance metrics
-
Carry out technical site visits where required, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual agreements
About You:

Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (ideally within water services or compliance-based industries)

Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and industry standards

Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and customer data

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying and closing new opportunities

Strong commercial awareness and ability to ensure contracts are both compliant and profitable
