Re-Cell Technology Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business needs, gathering and documenting system requirements, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Support solution design, system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business process analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration and documentation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
