As a Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the floor, working closely with the General Manager to drive the performance and success of the venue. You will lead the team during your shift, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance are maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for motivating the team, managing cash operations, and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both staff and customers. Direct gaming industry experience is not essential we strongly encourage applications from accomplished supervisors with a strong background in high-volume retail or hospitality.
Hours: Rotating schedule within operating hours of approximately 10:00am 2:00am, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Assistants during your shift, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback.
Performance & Compliance: Monitor on-shift performance, ensuring the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
