Réalta Technologies are seeking a DeltaV Automation Engineer with 5+ years experience to support to support ongoing automation projects and manufacturing operations across the site.
The successful candidate will be involved in the design, configuration, testing, and support of Emerson DeltaV systems within a GMP-regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support Emerson DeltaV control systems across manufacturing and utility processes.
- Develop and modify control modules, equipment modules, phases, graphics, and batch configurations.
- Support automation troubleshooting activities and provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities for new and existing systems.
- Collaborate with Process, Validation, MES, and Operations teams on automation-related projects and improvements.
- Support system upgrades, lifecycle management activities, and change control execution.
- Develop and maintain automation documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and SOPs.
- Ensure all automation activities are completed in compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, and site standards.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience supporting DeltaV systems within Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with DeltaV configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
- Experience supporting batch processes and GMP-regulated manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ execution, CSV/CSA activities, and validation lifecycle documentation.
- Good understanding of industrial networking, field instrumentation, and process control systems.
- Experience participating in FAT, SAT, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support both projects and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within cross-functional project teams.
