The Serge teams in Ireland work with pastors and ministry leaders across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Together, they engage in facilitative church planting, along with running the Irish apprenticeship program (an 18-24 month cross-cultural ministry experience) and the internship program (a 2-month summer program for Irish and American college students).
The teams are seeking a Serge Apprenticeship Staff member to actively participate in this facilitative church planting work while providing crucial support to the Serge Apprenticeship leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for training, discipling, and caring for Serge apprentices and interns, nurturing the next generation of ministry workers.
