We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Wait Staff to join our team in Kuro. If you enjoy working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Serve food and beverages to guests.
- Ensure tables are clean, organised, and ready for service.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
- Process takeaway orders correctly and ensure smooth handover to customers/drivers
- Work well as a team with floor/kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Handle opening/closing tills accurately and sorting tip money.
- Deep cleaning at the end of the night including restrooms, hoovering, mopping, and reststocking the bar.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Interest in Asian cuisine and culture is a bonus.
