We are looking for a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join the Jack & Jones team at Bloomfields, Dún Laoghaire.
The successful candidate will be commercially focused, target driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and strong sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, with strong experience in denim sales.
- Strong working knowledge of Jack & Jones fits, styles and sizing.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft D365.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to follow and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Highly target driven with a strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and support a team on the shop floor.
- A positive attitude and the ability to be a strong team player.
