What will you be doing?
As a member of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a varied position that offers the opportunity to contribute across recruitment, learning and development, HR operations, employee engagement, reporting, and organisational projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection campaigns, from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new employees.
Supporting hiring managers with workforce planning, recruitment activities, and interview processes.
Assisting with the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives and programmes.
Providing HR operational support across areas such as induction, probation, employee records, contract administration, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
Preparing HR reports and workforce metrics to support organisational planning and decision-making.
Responding to HR queries and supporting managers and employees with HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives, organisational development activities, and HR projects.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services, policies, and processes within an Excellence Through People certified organisation.

Duration of Contract:
This role comes with a Contract of Indefinite Duration subject to performance and probation. The successful candidate will be on probation for the first six months of this contract.
