Job Title: Shuttering Carpenter

Contract: Full-Time: 6.45 am – 3.45 pm. Monday to Friday (8 hour day shift). Willingness to work flexible hours, occasional Saturday work

Hourly Rate: €20.00 - €22.00 per hour

Summary of Role:
This role will consist of setting up and dismantling shuttering formwork for Precast Products, working of plans and operating woodworking machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reading detailed formwork drawings
· Setting up and dismantling formwork
· Signing off on all required checklists
· Assist our design team with technical queries
· Liaising with the production managers
· Working closely alongside our production team to make sure critical dates are met
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Maintaining records
· Keeping up to date technically and applying new knowledge to the job
· Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company
· Ensure compliance with the company’s policies ensuring Health and Safety measures are complied with
· Observe and comply with all good working practices and housekeeping
Preferred Qualifications
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in carpentry skills / experience
· Ability to manage efficiently and work under own supervision.
· Enthusiastic and responsive approach.
· Manual Handling Certificate (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided)
· Valid Visa to work in the EU.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry as needed
