The Blackrock is a thriving local pub and eatery delivering exceptional food, unforgettable match days, summer BBQ’s, event packages, live music and a destination beer garden in the warmer months. We are currently seeking an experienced bar manager to join our award winning team.
The candidate would be ready to assist in leading over 30 bar and floor staff, monitor stock levels, order pragmatically, maintain a high standard of customer care, monitor cleanliness and bar standards, develop new cocktails and drink specials. All whilst working alongside our existing bar and floor team to keep them motivated and diligent.
This role would place a strong focus on training and development of our team whilst working closely with other departments and the broader management team. Reporting directly to the General Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Over 2 years working in a fast passed pub/bar environment
- Proven record leading a bar team to increased revenue
- Experience delivering on the job and team training
- Strong knowledge of emerging mixology trends
- Excellent communication and customer focus
