The role
RFD Kitchen Gallery is looking for an organised and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer & Project Coordinator.
The role involves helping customers design their ideal kitchen and managing each project from the initial consultation through to ordering and installation.
Main responsibilities
- Meeting customers and discussing their ideas, requirements and budgets.
- Creating practical and attractive kitchen designs using Articad software.
- Preparing quotations and following up with customers.
- Managing projects from design through to installation.
- Placing and checking supplier orders.
- Following up on missing or delayed items.
- Coordinating deliveries, fitters and installation dates.
- Dealing with customer, supplier and accounts queries.
- Keeping project records and product information organised.
- Helping to keep the showroom tidy and welcoming.
What we are looking for
- Previous kitchen design, interior design or relevant sales experience.
- Experience using ArtiCAD, Winner, Fusion or similar design software.
- Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects.
- A practical and proactive approach to solving problems.
Working hours
Our showroom hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (Optional)
We can offer some flexibility with working hours, but the agreed schedule must remain consistent each week. Breaks and the Saturday working arrangement will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
