Quality Assurance Administrator
Kelsius manufactures, distributes, and maintains a system that wirelessly and automatically monitors the temperature and safety of all food products, both hot and cold, as well as medicines, blood samples and other temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical material.
Kelsius improves HACCP compliance, saving time, reducing risk and providing information at your fingertips. HACCP – (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) - is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food or medicines.
Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Quality Assurance Administrator. This role is currently based in the Kelsius Factory in Gweedore however will be relocated to Falcarragh in Q3 2026. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. This role will involve Non-conformance & CAPA management including root cause investigation, internal audits, procedure updates, review of hardware & software validation documentation.
This position involves working with Salesforce and Excel spreadsheet and Kelsius designed technical packages. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to the below list.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain Quality Management System in line with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO17025
· Issuing & updating procedures
· NCs, CAPA & Root Cause Investigation
· Validation Documentation review
· Internal & External Audit preparation & support
· Supplier approval management
· Trending KPIs
Skills & Experience Required:
- A 3rd Level Technical Qualification in Science / Engineering
- Quality Systems experience
- NCs, CAPA Management
- Ability to both, work of own initiative and as part of a team
- A high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
