We are currently recruiting for a Creche Manager to lead our team in Lucan, Dublin.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service
- Leading and supporting staff to deliver high-quality care and education
- Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations, Aistear and Siolta
- Building strong relationships with parents, children, and the wider community
- Driving continuous improvement within the setting
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education
- Have at least 1 year’s experience in an Irish creche setting
- Demonstrate knowledge of Aistear & Siolta
- Be an inspiring leader, strong communicator, and reflective practitioner
- Be flexible, innovative, resilient, and passionate about early years education
- Knowledge of NCS, Better Start, AIM, and HACCP is an advantage (training provided)
- Basic computer skills required
