Chef de Partie
Join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie and help deliver outstanding dishes with consistency, speed, and flair.
About the role
- Lead your assigned section (grill, larder, pastry, or sauce) during service.
- Prep, cook, and present dishes to spec and portion standards.
- Maintain mise en place, stock rotation, and section cleanliness.
- Uphold food safety (HACCP) and allergen procedures.
- Support junior chefs with training and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Head and Sous Chefs on specials and menu development.
- Monitor waste, control costs, and ensure smooth handovers.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi-CDP ready to step up).
- Solid knowledge of classic techniques and modern kitchen practices.
- High standards, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork across the pass and FOH.
- Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
