an exciting new comfort-food brand bringing freshly made, high-quality dishes across Ireland . We’re preparing for our launch and need a skilled Project Manager to coordinate operations, legal compliance, marketing, and delivery setup.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will oversee the launch of the new brand, ensuring all operational, legal, and marketing tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
You will work closely with the owner to manage kitchen setup, suppliers, staff coordination, delivery platform integration, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate kitchen setup, equipment procurement, and workflow optimization.
Ensure full compliance with Irish food regulations (FSAI / Dublin City Council) and insurance requirements.
Assist with branding, packaging, and social media launch campaigns.
Set up and test delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat).
Plan soft launch and official opening, monitor sales, and optimize operations.
Provide weekly progress reports and a final launch report.
Requirements
Experience in food business operations, restaurant startups, or small-scale FMCG launches.
have manage a café, restaurant, retail store or office fit-out and worked directly with builders, electricians, plumbers and joiners.
Have you managed commercial equipment installation.
Knowledge of Irish food regulations and licensing requirements.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with delivery platforms and marketing campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
