The BrookLodge Hotel is looking for an experienced, dynamic, passionate, and customer-focused professional to join our dedicated Sales & Events department to help guide our couples from their initial tour all the way to their final dance. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in events, hospitality, or sales to play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings in a unique village setting.

Manage the complete wedding and event lifecycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding couples and event organisers, ensuring a personalised and professional service.

Liaise effectively with internal departments to guarantee smooth coordination and delivery of events.

Consistently uphold high standards in customer service and event management within the Sales & Events team.

Maintain accurate records and documentation to support seamless communication and administration.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to overall revenue goals.

Support on-the-day coordination and execution of weddings and events as required.

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or a sales-focused role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and personable manner.

Strong computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
