Waxies & Maeve’s — Experienced Bar Staff (Late Night)
Sligo | Part-Time | In Person
From €14.20+ DOE
We are hiring experienced bar staff for two of Sligo’s busiest bar venues: Waxies and Maeve’s.
This role is for people who can handle volume, move fast, and stay sharp under pressure. If you’re looking for a quiet bar job, this isn’t it.
The Role
- Serve drinks quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Manage your section during peak hours (late nights, weekends)
- Handle cash and card transactions confidently
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organised work areas
- Work as part of a tight, reliable team during busy shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar experience required (bar/late bar experience a strong advantage)
- Comfortable working until late.
- Strong awareness, good judgement, and reliability
- Takes pride in doing the job properly — not cutting corners
