Ensuring food quality and consistency. Supervising and training kitchen staff. Stock control and ordering. Maintaining compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and health and safety standards.
Proven 3+ experience in Malaysian, Nyonya (Peranakan), and Thai cuisine.Strong wok cooking skills/ technique is ESSENTIAL and experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
