We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our team for an upcoming project in Galway. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across the west of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the residential project from pre-construction through to final handover
- Oversee all programme monitoring, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Maintain strong communication with clients and design team.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Manage site resources including labour, materials, and plant efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and building regulations
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports for Client and Senior management
- Create and control Submittals and RFIs
- Coordinate BCAR documentation
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management background
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong commercial and cost control awareness
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Excel, Procore)

Pay: €80,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
