We are a busy creative print shop in Tralee helping both local and national businesses bring their brand to life through design and print.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, detail obsessed Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years professional experience and hands on knowledge of digital printing processes.
You will be designing across both digital and print, working directly with clients to turn ideas into files that print perfectly every time.
Key responsibilities
- Design: Create graphics for digital and print including brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, gift cards, booklets, banners, packaging, social media, and ads
- Print Production: Prepare print ready files with correct bleeds, colour profiles, and specs for digital and offset printing. Liaise with the print team to ensure colour accuracy and quality
- Client Work: Take briefs, present concepts, and manage revisions to meet deadlines
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all materials
- File Management: Organise assets, fonts, and project files
What We Need From You
- 3+ years professional graphic design experience in an agency, studio, or in house role
- Proven experince with digital printing: Understanding of CMYK, bleeds, DPI, substrates, and pre press file prep
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Figma/Canva a plus
- Strong portfolio showing both print and digital work
- Great eye for typography, layout and colour
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
