Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the cleaning requests of all our properties in Dublin. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent cleaning skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
-Clean and sanitize designated areas including apartments, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities.
-Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors as needed.
-Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
-Clean and disinfect surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
-Replenish supplies as needed
-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
-Follow established safety procedures and protocols.
-Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
-Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Strong attention to detail, Someone who takes pride in their work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and move various equipment
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
