KNOW THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Junior Product Content Coordinator to join the Enrichment Team within the Digital Department on a maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the Senior Product Content Coordinator, this role is responsible for acquiring, tracking, and uploading online product content, ensuring products are published within agreed Speed to Site targets. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and supplier brands, you will coordinate the collection and processing of product assets and data, ensuring all content meets quality standards and is accurately prepared and published across the Brown Thomas and Arnotts websites.
The successful candidate will be flexible, able to respond quickly to changing business priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the tracking and upload of products through the enrichment workflow

Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to monitor new products entering the business

Request product imagery and content from supplier brands and manage related communications

Upload, process, and quality check product imagery and copy to ensure they meet company standards

Process product imagery using Adobe Photoshop before uploading to the product database

Assign products to the correct categories and attributes in line with category guidelines

Carry out quality assurance checks and publish products to the website with a high level of accuracy

Support the upload of seasonal ranges and key trading projects within agreed deadlines

Support the collection and processing of required product legislation information

Complete assigned tasks relating to congruency checks and other reporting initiatives

Ensure Speed to Site targets are achieved

Prioritise urgent product uploads when required and communicate progress to relevant teams

Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Photo Studio, Merchandising, and Commercial teams, to ensure product standards, guidelines, and business priorities are maintained and supported

Highly organised and able to manage tasks efficiently

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

A collaborative team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Proficient in eCommerce database platforms and Microsoft Excel

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Strong written and verbal communication skills
