We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Dublin Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high‑quality detailing. You will take a leading role in the detailed design and construction phases of our projects, ensuring full compliance with all relevant Building and Statutory Regulations.
Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Lead.
- Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, tender documentation, detailed drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction packages.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout all project stages.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and address technical queries as they arise.
- Support and mentor junior team members as part of their professional development.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- 7–10 years of professional experience, including proven delivery of medium‑ to large‑scale residential projects in Ireland.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.
- Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
