Post Summary:
The Project Manager, Organisational Change will manage projects involving significant organisational changes (including but not limited to restructuring, the creation of new areas and teams etc.) arising from substantial organisational change across a number of areas in the College.
The role holder will be responsible for project management from timeline planning and milestone apping through to implementation oversight and project closure. They will establish and maintain robust governance structures, ensure delivery against defined timelines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure that all project objectives are achieved within scope and within the defined timeframe. The successful candidate will bring structured programme oversight, disciplined milestone management, risk control, and stakeholder coordination to a complex and sensitive change environment.
Post status: Fixed-Term Contract (18 Months)
This role is offered on a fixed term contract for 18 months, in line with the expected duration of the current and upcoming projects. The purpose of the role is to provide dedicated project and change management support for a portfolio of significant organisational change initiatives across the College.
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3) Salary Scale (€71,651 - €92,692 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
