Are you a Demand Planner looking to join a well-established and growing manufacturing and distribution business where you can take ownership of forecasting accuracy and play a key role in shaping supply chain performance?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established market leader within the building products sector. With a strong heritage, continued investment in systems and growth, and a values-led culture, the business is now expanding its Purchasing function and looking to add an experienced Demand Planner to the team.
In this role, you will act as the key link between Commercial, Sales, Operations and Purchasing, owning the integrity of the demand planning output and ensuring forecasts are accurate, actionable and commercially aligned. You will work closely with a newly implemented forecasting tool, helping to strengthen S&OP processes, improve stock availability and reduce inventory risk across the business.

The Role

Own and maintain the integrity of the demand planning

Lead and support forecast review and validation

Improve forecasting accuracy

Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders

Manage stock reporting and conduct root cause analysis

Act as the key interface between Teams
The Candidate

Experience in Demand Planning / S&OP / Forecasting role

Understanding of forecasting methodologies

ERP systems
-
Analytical, detail-focused and process-driven approach
