Role: Senior Business Development Associate
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 4+ years' experience in real estate investment or business development ; Strong understanding of the residential investment market, particularly PRS ; Experience supporting acquisitions or investment opportunities.
Location: Office based in Central Dublin (hybrid)
Salary: €100,000 - €110,000

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and institutional investment market.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, funding partners, agents, and strategic stakeholders.
- Support the origination and execution of partnership, forward-funding, and joint venture transactions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and commercial assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare investment papers, business cases, financial models, and presentations for senior leadership and external partners.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and work closely with legal, finance, planning, and technical teams.
- Track and report on transaction pipelines, market trends, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the business at industry events and contribute to the development of new partnership and investment strategies.
