We are seeking an experienced Deli Chef to join our kitchen team and help us maintain our standards of excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Food Preparation:** Prepare ingredients for various deli dishes, including slicing meats, chopping vegetables, and creating sauces. - **Roast Lunches:** Prepare and cook daily roast lunches, including meats, vegetables, and accompanying dishes. - **Cleaning:** Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. - **HACCP Compliance:** Follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines to ensure food safety and proper storage procedures. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a similar food service environment. - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. - Understanding of HACCP principles and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexible availability, including weekends.
