Join Wills Bros on the Dublin, a major civil engineering and groundworks project delivering a 1.1 km underpass beneath live taxiways and runway infrastructure.
We are hiring experienced Road Sweepers, Traffic Marshalls and General Operatives to support site cleanliness, traffic management, pedestrian and vehicle movement, general labouring duties and day-to-day site operations on this high-profile airport infrastructure project.
You will join the project team within a Joint Venture delivery model, contributing to a complex, safety-critical airport construction project in a live operational environment.
The successful candidates will support safe and efficient site operations, helping with road sweeping, traffic control, site housekeeping, manual handling, material movement and general operative duties in line with project requirements and Health & Safety standards.
Applicants must meet all regulatory security requirements, including clearance by the relevant aviation authorities and An Garda Síochána, to obtain and maintain airside security clearance and an Airport ID pass.
About the Role
These roles are best suited to candidates with practical experience working on civil engineering, infrastructure or heavy construction sites, particularly in road sweeping, traffic management, general labouring, site support and maintaining safe site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out road sweeping and cleaning duties to maintain safe and tidy site roads, access routes and work areas
- Support traffic management activities, including directing vehicles, plant and pedestrians safely around the site
- Assist with general site labouring duties, including moving materials, keeping work areas clean and supporting site teams as required
- Follow site traffic management plans, supervisor instructions and Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Carry out daily checks on assigned equipment and report any defects, hazards or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Help maintain good housekeeping standards across the project site
- Work effectively as part of a site team and support supervisors, plant operators and other trades where required
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and airport security requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a road sweeper, traffic marshall, general operative or similar role on civil engineering or construction sites
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
- Valid Traffic Marshall ticket required for Traffic Marshall roles
- Experience working in live site environments and following site procedures
- Full driving licence and own transport preferred
- Good understanding of Irish Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to work safely, follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team
