Purpose: This role delivers on a range of Interpretation projects, usually related to Language or Customer Groupings. Project services are delivered in line with SLAs over the agreed project period. You may be asked to run multiple projects, or projects which overlap for some period of time. You will track project progress and be able to report on key SLAs as requested. Where issues arise, this role adds value by identifying such issues or risks, suggesting and implementing counter measures.

Your responsibilities include:
- Receive incoming communications from customers and interpreters by phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
- Gather key information for interpretation requests and accurately update internal systems and interpreter platforms accordingly
- Communicate with Interpreter Managers and relevant internal teams regarding customer requests, operational issues, and service requirements
- Assign interpreters for language requirements and customer requests as required
- Handle frontline requests and queries from customers and interpreters regarding ongoing and upcoming assignments
- Receive customer complaints and concerns in a professional and constructive manner, complete an initial assessment, escalate where necessary, and ensure accurate logging within the company knowledge base
- Work closely with teams across finance, interpreting, IT, and operations on internal initiatives and external customer projects where required
- Act as a point of contact for interns and support with task coordination, queries, and day-to-day guidance as required
- Work closely with Interpreter Managers and senior leadership to support project planning, delivery, and achievement of project objectives
- Gather information, identify risks, and liaise with Interpreter Managers and relevant stakeholders to assess feasibility and support operational decision-making
- Identify, source, and communicate directly with interpreters for assignments and project requirements as needed
- Assist with document management, project administration, and knowledge management processes
- Perform any other duties as required
