We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our clothing and gift store. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain high store standards, and support the day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with enquiries.
- Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well presented.
- Receive, unpack, and organise deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy store environment.
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organised, and able to use initiative.
- Previous retail experience is desirable.
- Manual handling training is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
