About Super Social
Super Social is much more than a restaurant and cocktail bar. We are an interactive entertainment venue combining food, drinks and a range of interactive games and experiences.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day operation of the venue.
This role would suit someone with strong restaurant and/or cocktail bar management experience who is also comfortable with technology and interested in learning how to manage a more complex, multi-experience venue.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for helping ensure that every aspect of the operation runs smoothly, from the restaurant and bar to our interactive games and guest experiences.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in restaurant and/or cocktail bar management
- Has excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining high standards
- Is confident managing a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Has good technological skills and is comfortable working with different systems and equipment
- Is willing and able to learn how to operate and supervise interactive games and entertainment systems
- Understands the importance of excellent customer service and guest experience
- Can identify problems quickly and take action to resolve them
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Is flexible and able to adapt to a varied and sometimes complex operation
- Is hands-on, proactive and takes ownership of their responsibilities
What We're Looking For
We are not simply looking for someone who knows how to run a restaurant.
We are looking for a strong all-round manager who is curious, adaptable and willing to learn. Super Social combines hospitality, technology and interactive entertainment, so the ability to understand different systems, processes and experiences is an important part of the role.
Previous experience with interactive entertainment is not essential, but a strong interest in technology and the willingness to learn are essential.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar or similar hospitality environment
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good computer and technological skills
- Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Eligible to work full-time in Ireland
- A professional attitude with a strong focus on standards and guest satisfaction
