You will need to have the following
A passion for food and a strong desire to develop your culinary skills.
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is desirable.
A good understanding of HACCP & food hygiene standards.
The ability to assist across all areas of the kitchen as required.
The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a successful team.
Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
